    The bar on the 25th floor looks out over Port Phillip Bay, which is a reasonable argument for booking here. This CBD hotel sits between Southbank and Docklands, and the rooms go for warm timber and local references rather than generic business-hotel beige. Coffee and late-night pantry raids are handled downstairs by Allie Lane. The Michelin Guide has it on their selected hotels list.
