This is a large, full-service luxury hotel aiming for grand-hotel scale, with generously sized rooms, far-ranging city views, and a complete spa. Gordon Ramsay runs two restaurants on-site, and the rooftop bar on the 28th floor offers something Melbourne, not a city known for skyscraper living, doesn't offer many chances to do.
