Havuş Lokantası
Turkish
A deli counter full of tempting provisions greets you before you even reach the dining room, which sets the tone nicely. This is a Turkish lokanta run by Ömür Akkor, a television chef and cookbook author with deep roots in Kilis, and the menu leans into that southern heritage without apology. The cooking is straightforward and regional, the kind that doesn't need explaining, just eating. Worth the trek out to Ataköy.
