This Michelin-starred restaurant in a Renaissance building in Langenlois wine country serves contemporary French cooking with serious local roots, the wine list running to over 500 labels with the Bründlmayer estate naturally well represented. The service is the kind that's attentive without hovering, which is harder to pull off than it sounds.
