The name means "shining thing," which is also what the chef calls fish with silver skin, and it's the one item that never leaves the menu. This is a casual sushi counter built around drinkers, with a structure of nigiri courses alongside bar snacks, plus à la carte if you want to wander. The mood is drop-in, not ceremonial, which in Roppongi takes a little effort to pull off.
