A 13th-century church, gallery and all, forms the dining room of this classic restaurant in the Ahr valley, rebuilt after the 2021 floods. The menu moves between regional and international, with braised ox cheeks in a local Burgundy sauce anchoring the more traditional end. The Broggsitter wine list is serious, and there's an on-site shop if a bottle follows you home. The rear terrace looks out onto greenery, which helps.
