The ground-floor Casbah bar is where you start, cocktail in hand, looking out at the harbour before heading upstairs to the grill room proper. The open fire does most of the heavy lifting, handling whole fish and nose-to-tail cuts alongside smaller plates, all kept clean and uncluttered. Grab a window table if you can, or settle into a booth if you'd rather pretend the harbour view doesn't exist.
