Norbert Niederkofler's Milanese outpost holds a Michelin star and a firm rule: every ingredient has to come from within an hour of the city. The result is a fine dining restaurant running three tasting menus that lean into the Alpine-meets-Lombardy larder with a seriousness that stops just short of a lecture. In summer, the terrace opens up a view across the Duomo spires to the Castello, which does a lot of the convincing on its own.
