Perched on a hill above San Miguel de Allende, this boho-modern resort earns the view. The architecture nods to the colonial city below with arched columns by the pool, then pivots toward something more Mediterranean, all earth tones and basket chandeliers. Edible and flower gardens keep things grounded while the rooftop bar lifts them back up. The design holds from studio rooms through to the villas, which is harder than it sounds.
