    A full-service florist in the lobby supplies the hotel with fresh flowers, which sets the tone for Das Weitzer: old-school grand hotel bones, younger sensibility throughout. Parquet floors and ornate mirror frames coexist with modern furniture and spare, graphic design. Rooms facing the Schloßberg get some of Graz's better views. The restaurant leans into Styrian regional cooking, and the in-house café is the real Austrian article, not just a coffee counter.
