A dedicated steakhouse in central Graz built around one idea: dry-aged beef, sourced from Austria and Nebraska, cut your way. The menu reads like a butcher's handbook, from tenderloin to porterhouse, and the kitchen is not trying to distract you with anything clever. The room helps, a light-filled atrium with arched ceilings that makes the whole serious-meat proposition feel a little more civilized. The house-made steak fries are the right call.
