The kitchen here draws inspiration from Habsburg-era recipes and court anecdotes, reimagining them as a set menu of four or eight courses at this Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant inside Graz's Parkhotel. The cooking follows the seasons and leans classic, but the plating is precise and the flavors are quietly ambitious. Chefs bring the dishes to the table themselves, which is either very charming or very intense depending on your threshold for eye contact.
