Three half-timbered buildings from the 1500s, one of which was a brewery, another a wine shop, share a wall with Frankenberg's ten-towered medieval town hall and have been stitched together into a single luxury hotel. Rooms run from timber-ceilinged suites to four-poster affairs with fireplaces to near-apartment setups with full kitchens. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key. Breakfast and a private lounge with a fireplace are kept for guests only.
