The red brick and copper accents are a deliberate echo of Adelaide Central Market, the Victorian covered food hall just outside the door, and the whole hotel is built around that idea. Rooms run warm and graphic-printed rather than bland-boutique-beige. The two in-house restaurants, a modern Italian spot and a rooftop raw bar, pull in locals who didn't come just for the minibar, which is usually a decent sign.
