The sunken bathtubs are built into wood-paneled consoles beside the bed, which tells you most of what you need to know about this design hotel a block from the Kurfürstendamm. The LA-Berlin firm Graft did the interiors: curves where you expect corners, deep crimson and chestnut where you expect clinical white. The Fox Bar looks perpetually ready for a shoot, and the spa has a heated sand room, which is exactly what it sounds like.
