A 16-room boutique hotel inside a stone manor that has been standing since the 16th century, in a Rioja village small enough that the Vivanco Wine Museum is a short walk. Rooms mix heavy timber and old stonework with modern furniture and color, opening onto views of river, vineyards, or rooftops. The restaurant leans into regional Rioja cooking, and the cellar does exactly what you'd hope a cellar in wine country would do. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
