This boutique hotel in Bremen goes full contemporary inside: monochrome in some rooms, earthy neutrals in others, classic modernist furniture, oversized black-and-white prints. The bathrooms open to the bedroom and border on decadent. The spa skips the Zen clichés for something darker and underground.
