On the 14th floor of the InterContinental, the city spreads out below like a very good argument for a window table. Hugos is a Michelin-starred fine dining room serving modern international tasting menus, six or eight courses, with wine pairings to match. The lighting is soft, the service is polished to a high gleam, and the room carries the quiet confidence of somewhere that has nothing to prove by being loud about it.
