The thatched roof and Delft Blue ceramics set the tone before you've ordered anything, and the terrace looks out over an arboretum that has no business existing inside Rotterdam. This French restaurant has been around forever, and the kitchen leans into that history without being buried by it, pairing classical technique with Asian-inflected detours. Tasting menus only, with a wine list that takes itself seriously but not insufferably so.
