    A converted warehouse on Westgarth Street where the roastery, coffee lab, and cafe all share the same bright, plant-filled floor, so you can watch the beans move from machine to cup while waiting for brunch. It's a full-production specialty coffee shop that takes itself seriously without making you feel underdressed. The seasonal food menu holds its own, and the cold brew options get inventive in the way only Melbourne can pull off without irony.
