The room is clean and minimal in that way Melbourne cafes do well, with the coffee doing the talking instead. Beans are sourced globally and rotated, so the pour-over today probably isn't the pour-over next month. The kind of place where laptop workers and CBD regulars coexist without anyone making a fuss about it.
