This grand hotel has been around forever, and Jacques Garcia's interiors lean into the history with heavy drapes, patterned wallpapers, and a palette of gold and burgundy that stops just short of a royal decree. Gordon Ramsay's two-Michelin-starred restaurant, a Guerlain spa, and a summer rooftop round out the picture.
