Itria
Italian
Itria takes its name from an ancient Syrian word for pasta, which tells you something about how seriously the kitchen takes the subject. This modern Italian fine dining spot on 24th Street runs a tight menu built around crudo and house-made pasta, where a light, unfussy hand does most of the convincing. Bar seating lines the center corridor, and a communal wood table anchors the back, giving the room an easy, convivial feel.
