    Exposed brick, warehouse windows, and a Josper grill doing serious work on steaks served on boards with a choice of sauces: this long-standing modern bistro on James Street South has a formula and sticks to it. The menu runs classic brasserie, unfussy and generous, and the room has a genuine buzz that a cheery team keeps moving along. The tomahawk and Chateaubriand are built for sharing, and the set menu is easy to love.
