Noodles
Seven seats at a stainless steel counter, one chef, two soups: white or red. Jeongmyeon is a noodle shop stripped to its logic, where the broths pull from seafood, pork, and chicken and arrive tasting like someone spent most of the day on them. The red bowl can be dialed up for heat and comes with rice on the side. A Michelin Bib Gourmand, which feels about right for a place where the whole menu fits on one hand.
