    Tucked into a cluster of renovated mud-brick buildings inside Dar Tantora, Joontos feels less like a hotel restaurant and more like wandering into a small medina, narrow passages and cob walls included. The menu leans Middle Eastern with a Mediterranean pull, portions run generous, and the flatbreads alone justify the detour. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand, which tracks for a place this relaxed about being this good.
