    Jumeirah Mina Al Salam sits on a long gold-sand beach at the entrance to the sprawling Madinat Jumeirah complex, and it holds a Forbes Four Star. The resort has 292 rooms but reads calmer and smaller than that number suggests, with family-friendly staff and waterpark access that keeps traveling parents in everyone's good graces. Fifty-plus restaurants and bars across the complex means the question of where to eat tonight is genuinely the hardest part of the stay.
