The baobab-inspired ceiling shifts color above zebra-print cushions and a crystal-encrusted champagne bar, and that's before anyone's opened a menu. Flamingo Room by tashas is a full-on restaurant and bar that leans hard into the spectacle, though the kitchen earns its share of the attention too. Crab and lobster croquettes and a salmon Wellington make a reasonable case that the food isn't just set dressing. The phones come out early and often here.
