    The terrace looks out over a lagoon where turtles are being nursed back to health, which sets an unexpected tone for what is otherwise a very polished Tuscan dining room: white tablecloths, warm lighting, grown-up crowd. The kitchen leans on estate-grown olive oil, honey, and vegetables from the original property in Tuscany, so the Italian provenance isn't just branding. A Michelin Selected restaurant.
