    Perched at the highest point of Santorini's caldera rim, this boutique hotel in Imerovigli makes a deliberate choice: let the view win. Rooms are stripped to white, furnishings clean-lined and quiet, so the deep blue beyond the window becomes the only decor that matters. The cliffside pool offers what you'd expect given all that, and the poolside restaurant handles lunch and dinner. Note that children under thirteen can't stay here.
