    Every suite at this boutique hotel in Imerovigli faces the caldera, with a private terrace and enough white plaster and sea-glass tilework to make you feel like you've wandered into a very comfortable dream. The loft-style rooms have domed ceilings; step up and you get an open-air plunge pool. The larger pool has a sleek bar beside it, and the restaurant terrace at sunset is, predictably, impossible to leave.
