    Private cabanas with a dedicated coconut cocktail attendant set the tone at this luxury Caribbean resort on the Zona Hotelera strip. The water really does run that improbable shade of blue, and the beach makes it easy to lose a full day without trying. Families and couples both seem equally at home here, which is harder to pull off than it sounds. Kempinski holds a Forbes Four Star rating.
