Thirty-nine rooms just off the Champs-Élysées, quiet enough to make you wonder if Paris forgot it was there. Designer Pierre-Yves Rochon layers classical bones with clean modern lines, landing somewhere that reads as thoroughly Parisian without collapsing into chintz or concrete. No restaurant, but there's a sauna and steam room for when the cobblestones win. Compact, calm, and priced with slightly more sense than the neighborhood usually allows.
