A biodynamic kitchen garden sits right at the entrance, and whatever grows there ends up on the plate, which tells you a lot about how this Michelin-starred fine dining room operates. Set in a private park outside Como, Kitchen runs two tasting menus, one of them built almost entirely around vegetables and herbs the team grew themselves. The à la carte is there if you'd rather not commit, and the wine list gives you plenty of reasons to linger.
