This is a tasting-menu restaurant from James Knappett and sommelier Sandia Chang, two Michelin stars earned through an ever-changing parade of courses built around exceptional British produce. The evening begins in the lounge with canapés, and Chang steers you through a wine cellar that rewards the curious.
