A 22-seat omakase counter a short walk from Slottsskogen park, where you watch the chef build each course in front of you and get a quiet explanation of what you're eating before you eat it. The progression moves through sashimi, nigiri, aburi nigiri, soup, and dessert, while someone else steers you through the sake list. Small, unhurried, and very much a reservation-first situation.
