Kurul Bitez
Turkish
A spit turning at the entrance and a bread oven going flat out set the tone at this garden restaurant in the middle of Bitez. Tables sit under olive and lemon trees, and the cooking leans into Gaziantep tradition, kebabs above all, though the mezze and a pistachio roll with sheep's cheese are reasons to linger longer than you planned. Casual, generous, and genuinely rooted in a regional style most tourists never find this close to the resort strip.
