    Perched 1,800 meters up in the Alps inside the Tschuggen Grand Hotel, La Brezza holds two Michelin stars and takes fine dining seriously enough to offer a fully vegan tasting menu alongside its main one. The cooking is elaborate without being showy, and the sauces in particular do a lot of quiet, impressive work. Dress for a long, unhurried evening with a wine list that will not make the decision easy.
