La Chaumière de Pomper
Breton French
A Breton crêperie outside Baden where the galettes come thin and crispy in the local "kraz" style, made with organic buckwheat flour and eggs from nearby farms. The cider list runs to around thirty varieties, which is either a selling point or a problem depending on your afternoon plans. A Michelin Bib Gourmand, and the terrace in good weather makes it feel like the countryside is doing its job.
