Le Gavrinis
Modern French
A country house restaurant named for the nearby island it overlooks, Le Gavrinis holds a Michelin star and channels the whole of Brittany onto the plate. The chef trained under Pierre Gagnaire and leans hard into what the region grows, catches, and cures. Inside, driftwood and oatmeal tones keep things grounded; in summer, a flower-covered patio does the rest of the convincing.
