A Michelin-starred tasting menu restaurant in a handsome old building in central Prague, where the kitchen is fully open and the L-shaped room means half the tables get a front-row seat. The vaulted ceiling and chandelier situation is doing a lot of work, but the menu stays grounded: seasonal Czech ingredients, modern technique, nothing trying too hard to impress. Tiles in the kitchen, echoed on the floor and the menu cover, which is either charming or obsessive, depending on your mood.
