    Holding a Michelin star inside Lech's Hotel Arlberg, La Fenice is a proper fine-dining room with warm wood, painted ceilings, and the kind of upholstered chairs that make you sit up straight out of respect. The kitchen runs an Alpine-meets-Mediterranean tasting menu, five to eight courses, with a vegetarian version if needed. The wine list runs deep, over a thousand labels, mostly Austrian, Italian, and French. Dress up; the crowd here did.
