    Tucked inside Hotel Berghof in the Alps, this cosy wood-panelled restaurant does Austrian classics with enough of a contemporary edge to keep things interesting. Think regional ingredients treated with real care, backed by a wine list that leans Austrian but roams further when it wants to. The crowd is well-heeled ski-lodge energy, après but make it grown-up. Swing by the bar too, a genuinely great room.
