    You drive through a pine forest and land practically on the sand before you spot the low, unassuming building that holds one of Tuscany's most quietly serious seafood restaurants, a Michelin-starred one. The Zazzeri family has been running this room forever, and the interior feels pleasantly stuck in another era. Classic techniques, local catch, no trend-chasing. The beach view does the decorating.
