    A former wine merchant's shop turned Michelin-starred dining room, La Prensa is the kind of quietly serious restaurant where the tablecloths mean business. The chef runs two tasting menus built around Aragonese seasonal produce and modern technique, with the sommelier husband working the floor. The room is minimal and considered, and the food follows suit: precise, expressive, and not at all interested in showing off.
