    Crystal chandeliers and curved velvet seating in District 1, which feels like an extravagant amount of glamour for a boutique hotel this far from the French Quarter. La Siesta Premium is the Ho Chi Minh City property of Elegance Hospitality Group, a Vietnamese chain that commits hard to the European aesthetic, dark hardwood floors and latticed cabinetry included. A rooftop Sky Bar handles the skyline duties, and the Michelin Guide has it among its Selected Hotels.
