    Tucked into the Cour des Senteurs, a quiet courtyard a short walk from the Palace of Versailles, this one-Michelin-star modern French restaurant runs a seasonally rotating set menu built around organic produce, sustainable seafood, and, charmingly, the chef's own family vegetable garden. The cooking is precise and refined without feeling stiff, and the wine list gives you plenty to deliberate over while pretending you already knew what you wanted.
