    In a wine-growing Jura village, opposite the town hall, a restaurant in wood, glass, and zinc holds a Michelin star. The chef cooked at Gleneagles and Caprice in Hong Kong before coming home to this; the menu leans on local produce and Jura flavors, with just enough creative restlessness to keep things interesting. The wine cellar runs deep on regional bottles, which in Jura means vin jaune and plenty of it.
