Flour tortillas wrapped tight in foil are the move at this fast-casual breakfast taco counter in Mt. Pleasant, which grew out of a pop-up and earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand doing it. The menu is short on purpose: coffee, soft scrambled eggs, creamy pinto beans, chorizo, brisket, and queso. No reservations, no long-term planning required. Come with a hangover or come without one; either way, the tacos will sort things out.
