A two-Michelin-starred fine dining room set inside an old Provençal villa in the hills above Cannes, where Bruno Oger runs a menu that toggles between his Breton roots and the Mediterranean coast. The kitchen table lets a handful of diners watch the whole operation up close, and the Friday-Saturday lunch is a quieter way into the same cooking that fills the grander evening menus.
